Job Summary
Join NIQ Digital Shelf's international support team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. You will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, ensuring delivery deadlines, and resolving issues during the QA process. This role involves handling internal and external communication, assisting clients with rollout, explaining features, and answering technical questions. You will collaborate with diverse technical teams to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Must Have
- Setting up new customers’ accounts and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Address and resolve potential issues spotted during the QA process and escalate to tech teams.
- Handling internal communication with different teams and external ones with the client through emails and meetings.
- Assist clients during the rollout process, explaining features and the documents that need to be provided and answering technical questions.
- Collaborate with diverse technical teams to escalate and resolve issues while keeping the internal teams involved updated.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous recent experience in a client-facing role, able and happy to go above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Customer-centric & business-oriented mindset.
- Team spirit, autonomous, able to adapt and learn.
- Good use of IT tools, including Excel.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of the e-commerce environment.
- Any other language besides French and English.

Job Description
You'll be joining a fantastic international support team of 20 people based in Paris, Algiers, Mexico & Malaysia and working on multiple client accounts worldwide. What you will be doing:
