- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Bioimaging Production, Nursing, or related areas
- Willingness to travel approximately 2 weeks per month across Latin America

Job Description
Clinical Application Specialist – Image Guided Therapy (Brazil)
Drive clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues. The preference is for this person to be located in São Paulo, as this is where the largest installed base is located.
Your role:
- Supports Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations. Supports and guides the sales force during customer acquisition.
- Develops and executes winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
- Instructs the sales team on emerging clinical issues and the positioning of solutions to address these market changes.
- Trains customers on the application of the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimized use of the delivered equipment.
- Retrains hospital teams in case of new launches, upgrades, and/or versions (changes) in equipment operating procedures.
- Conducts regular customer visits to obtain direct feedback from them on the quality of the training performed and customer satisfaction.
- Reports difficulties in optimal equipment use, as well as customer feedback, according to applicable quality standards policy, and promptly follows relevant assigned quality and regulatory training.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have acquired 3+ years of experience, including experience in Hemodynamic Rooms interacting with medical systems.
- Your competencies include being Bilingual (English and Portuguese, Spanish would be a plus), effective communication and presentation skills, priority setting, proactivity, and a customer and patient-first mindset.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Radiology, Bioimaging Production, Nursing, or related fields.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
How we work together:
We believe we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days a week. On-site roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside the company's main facilities, usually at customer or supplier sites.
This is a field-based role and you must be willing to travel approximately 2 weeks per month across Latin America. São Paulo is the preferred location.
