This is an opportunity to join the technical support team, focusing on customer service through a ticket system. Responsibilities include assisting customers with System Tasy functionalities, performing internal simulations for issue resolution, researching the internal knowledge base, and contributing to area indicator management by monitoring reports and operational governance to identify and implement improvements.
Must Have
- Currently pursuing higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Expected course completion from June/2027
- Knowledge of Office Suite

Job Description
Technical Support Internship
Opportunity to work in the technical support team providing customer service through tickets.
Your function
- Support customer service through tickets to clarify System Tasy functionalities;
- Perform internal simulations (tests) relevant to the customer's situation for resolution;
- Research the internal knowledge base;
- Contribute to the management of area indicators, monitoring reports and operational governance, identifying and implementing improvement actions when necessary.
You are the right person if:
- You are pursuing higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
- You have an expected course completion from June/2027;
- You have knowledge of Office Suite;
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Databases and/or Service Now and/or Experience with Tasy will be a plus.

On-site positions require the employee to be present at the company's facilities at all times. For employees who hold a field position, their duties are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.
