Job Description

Job Description

We’re seeking a Program Manager to join our Clinical Informatics team and implement strategic NPI (New Product Introduction) plans, ensuring that market trends and competitive analyses inform every action. You will manage and drive global NPIs through launch, commercialization, and rollout, executing disciplined market deployment so key deliverables are scheduled, assigned, completed on time, and each launch is measured against agreed metrics. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Services, you will orchestrate across functions, geographies, and external partners to ensure successful rollout, adoption, and performance.

Your role:

  • Work closely with product management to implement strategic NPI plans and lead global rollout sequencing, including staggered availability and regional adoption timelines. Collaborate with the Project Manager for Product Structure and CPQ (configure-price-quote) to assess international product delivery readiness for each market.
  • Build, own, and maintain the master NPI program plan covering milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Assign clear ownership for each deliverable, ensuring scope, content, and timing are well-defined and communicated.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics during planning, such as on-time market entry, cost versus plan, and adoption rates. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor progress, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, steering committee materials, and gating reviews to keep leadership informed. Facilitate alignment across cross-functional, regional, and senior stakeholders while managing risk logs, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Create standardized templates, deliverables, and checklists to ensure launch readiness and consistency. Capture lessons learned from each launch and continuously refine the execution process to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in program/project management.
  • You have a demonstrated history of managing global launches leading to market success.
  • You have experience defining and tracking metrics / KPIs, building dashboards and reports.
  • You are proficient in MS Project, Excel / Power BI / Tableau (or equivalents).
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Program Management or related discipline.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive engagement.
  • You must be able to understand high complexity organizations and thrive in a high-demand and fast-paced environment.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
