Job Summary

VAM Systems is seeking a Power BI- Customer Service professional for their UAE operations. The role involves collecting and analyzing department requirements, preparing trend analysis reports for the Customer Experience Department, and assisting in preparing Excel reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Microsoft 365 tools like Excel, PPT, and Power BI, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Must Have

Job Description

We are currently looking Power BI- Customer Service for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports.

Qualification & Experience

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
