Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide essential support to our delivery team. This role involves coordinating with various support functions and ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks from the office. Responsibilities include managing financial expense records, handling confidentiality agreements, overseeing device management, coordinating incentives, conducting QMS analysis, liaising with commercial teams, driving Audit-to-Scan initiatives, and managing payroll for outsourced employees.

Must Have

  • Coordinate with RTA, HR, and Finance for reports.
  • Manage monthly financial expense records and files.
  • Handle store confidentiality agreements.
  • Oversee physical management of devices/assets.
  • Coordinate incentives with senior auditors and panelists.
  • Conduct comprehensive QMS analysis.
  • Liaise with commercial teams and clients for field visit coordination.
  • Drive the Audit-to-Scan initiative.
  • Manage payroll for outsourced employees.
  • Diploma or higher education.
  • Prior administrative experience with basic financial management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and accurate reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with flexibility and high energy.
  • Proficiency in Business English.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with RTA, HR, and Finance for preparation of field expense and cash advance reports and statements.
  • Manage all monthly financial expense records and files for full-time field auditors, part-timers, and vendors in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle store confidentiality agreements with Retail Index stores.
  • Oversee physical management of devices/assets, including app updates, device readiness, and delivery to vendors.
  • Coordinate incentives with senior auditors and panelists at a regional level.
  • Conduct comprehensive QMS analysis and support QCT Executives and Delivery Leader with findings.
  • Liaise with commercial teams and clients for field visit coordination.
  • Drive the Audit-to-Scan initiative and provide necessary support to the execution team.
  • Manage payroll for outsourced employees, where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher education.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles with basic financial management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and reporting information accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with flexibility and high energy.
  • Proficiency in Business English
