NielsenIQ is seeking an experienced and passionate Client Service Executive to join their Business Development team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This role involves nurturing relationships with large FMCG clients, managing business planning and implementation, and proactively identifying new growth opportunities. The successful candidate will facilitate data analysis, create client-valued insights, and deliver professional presentations, contributing significantly to how businesses and brands perform globally.

Must Have

  • Manage multinational and local FMCG producers servicing in market research.
  • Perform regular reports delivery and ad-hoc studies pro-active sales.
  • Proactive search of new opportunities for business growth.
  • Build trustful and fruitful engagement with clients.
  • Facilitate data analysis, insights, and story creation for client’s business issue.
  • Deliver professional presentations both in content and execution.
  • Build strong relationships with the team and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Master degree of leading Universities (economics, mathematics, statistics economics/marketing).
  • Business communication, writing, analytical, presentation & organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
  • Software aptitude.
  • Good Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
  • Residence in Almaty.

  • Master degree of leading Universities (primary specialties - economics, mathematics, statistics economics/marketing).
  • FMCG industry knowledge is an advantage.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
  • Software aptitude.
  • Good Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
  • Residence in Almaty.
