Job Summary
As a Client Service Officer at Entain Australia & New Zealand, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via email, live chat, and phone. You will handle high-volume inbound inquiries, verify customer accounts, manage details with accuracy, and identify unusual activity to prevent fraud. The role also involves championing Safer Gambling initiatives and upholding high standards of customer protection. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Wellington, requiring work across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with full training provided.
Must Have
- Deliver fast, friendly and confident support by responding to high-volume inbound enquiries across live chat, phone and email
- Verify customers and manage accounts with accuracy, care and strong attention to detail
- Play an active role in identifying unusual activity, helping to spot fraudulent accounts, financial patterns and emerging trends

- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating positive, personalised experiences for every customer
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, across email, live chat, and phone

A Day in the Life
Ideally based in our Wellington office, you’ll enjoy a hybrid working model that strikes the right balance between collaboration and flexibility.
We’re seeking full-time team members who can work across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As we operate 24/7, a variety of shift options are available across the full rotation.
