About Snorkel
At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, systems-level problem-solving, and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias for action—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves building, scaling, and streamlining operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Company Operating Rhythm
- Own and run the company’s annual and quarterly planning strategic processes, including OKRs, Roadmaps, Long Range Plan, and driving cross-functional alignment.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to streamline workflows and improve execution.
Business Performance & Insights
- Stand up and maintain the company’s operating metrics, partnering with FP&A, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure reliable, actionable insights.
- Create reporting that ties operational performance to business outcomes; identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Support executive decision-making through structured analyses, recommendations, and scenario planning.
Process & Systems Optimization
- Evaluate and improve end-to-end business processes, including sales motions, customer delivery workflows, onboarding, product feedback loops, etc.
- Partner with IT and systems owners to ensure tools and data infrastructure scale with growth.
- Implement repeatable, automated processes that reduce friction and improve organizational clarity.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and shape a high-performing Business Operations function that can flex across strategic and tactical work.
- Coach leaders and teams on operational excellence, planning discipline, and execution.
- Serve as a connective tissue across the organization, ensuring information flows and teams remain aligned.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus.

- Exceptional problem solver with a structured approach to analysis, planning, and execution.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or data/AI business models and the metrics that drive them.
- Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs with ambiguous scope.
- Skilled at synthesizing information, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Why Snorkel AI
