Must Have

• Monitor and control microwave and radio base installations (3G/4G/5G).
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal procedures.

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems skills.

Technical Analyst - Network Rollout LATAM

Location: Asunción, Paraguay.

Position Objective:

We are looking for a professional committed to operational excellence, whose main mission will be to monitor contractors in the installation process, ensuring strict compliance with standards and detecting errors that may generate additional costs and client dissatisfaction. This role is key to optimizing customer experience and reducing field reworks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and control of microwave radio, 3G/4G/5G radio base installations, and related services, approving or rejecting according to compliance with internal procedures and technical specifications.
• Proactive communication with Network Rollout partners to clarify pending issues and normative concepts, ensuring clear and cordial treatment.
• Root cause analysis in clean-up and rework processes, identifying improvement opportunities attributable to partners.
• Generation of reports and statistics on the management of installations under their charge.
• Development of performance dashboards to evaluate partner performance.
• Technical training for partners and internal collaborators on recurring failures and how to prevent them.
• Support in administrative tasks of the area.

Job Requirements

Required Profile:

• Education:
• Higher Technician in Electronics or Telecommunications, or
• Advanced student (last 2 years) of Engineering in Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years in similar roles, performing:
• Installation of telecommunications infrastructure (preferably microwave or RF).
• Review of technical reports.
• Preparation of material lists for technical sites.
• Training technical crews in equipment installation (antennas, feeders, racks, grounding systems).
• Specific Knowledge:
• Radio links and 3G/4G/5G radio bases, LTE expansions, Single RAN technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel exclusive) and ERP systems.
• Intermediate English (exclusive).
• Desired Certifications:
