Rental Sales Agent

SIXT Australia is seeking Full Time Rental Sales Agents for North Brisbane (Burpengary & North Lakes). This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, managing rental agreements, handling inquiries, tailoring offers, and efficiently managing bookings. Candidates should be passionate about sales and service, possess strong communication, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and computer literacy skills. The position offers an hourly base rate with uncapped sales bonuses and various employee benefits.

Must Have

• Friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organised and service-oriented approach
• Tailor offers based on available products and fleet
• Efficiently manage bookings and customer data via tech platforms with accuracy and care

• Current provisional or full driver's licence

• Sales Expertise: You love sales and are passionate about providing premium standard of service

• Time management & Adaptability: You are adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Systems Proficiency & Attention to detail: You have strong computer literacy skills with a strong focus on detail, data and integrity.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable, however not essential.

As part of our recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
