The Key Account Representative at Mattel de Mexico is responsible for managing the commercial strategy and execution for key clients in Panama. This involves developing business plans aligned with Mattel's objectives and customer needs, ensuring accurate billing, and analyzing Sell Out data. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving growth, and delivering value through strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Must Have

  • Ensure billing performance is aligned with the forecast.
  • Negotiate with clients to close bookings in line with Mattel’s objectives and strategies, driving account growth.
  • Develop and analyze consumption models to monitor Sell Out performance and develop commercial activities tailored to customer needs, ensuring brand objectives are met.
  • Develop pricing plans based on clients’ distribution models to achieve profitability.
  • Ensure proper management and effective use of the different budgets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles.
  • English Proficient.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic commercial plans.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Good project management skills and accountability.

The Key Account Representative is responsible for managing the commercial strategy and execution for key clients in Panama. This includes developing business plans aligned with Mattel's objectives and the customer's needs, ensuring accurate billing performance against forecast, and leading the analysis and follow-up of Sell Out data. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving growth, and delivering consistent value through strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years 3–4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles.
  • English Proficient.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
