Job Summary
This role involves providing first-class internal support to a high-functioning Sport Sales Team in Melbourne. The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales - Sport, focusing on administrative needs and ensuring timely delivery of superior operational service. Key responsibilities include managing sales support pipelines, building stakeholder relationships, creating client solutions, and identifying revenue opportunities.
Must Have
- Manage a pipeline of sales support within the internal booking system with a high degree of attention to detail & punctuality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across several internal departments & external clients alike
- Work closely with the Sport Sales team to create and deliver market leading responses and solutions for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for revenue and business growth
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Prior experience and a strong level of understanding of a business’s internal software systems (for example, Salesforce, Google suite incl. Gmail etc.)
- Ability to operate collaboratively as part of a team, or autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment

Job Description
We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join the Sport Sales Team within the Melbourne office!
Our Sport Account Executives are natural organisers who underpin a team of high functioning Executives with first class internal support. Reporting to the Director of Sales - Sport, your primary focus will be to service the administrative needs of the team, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior operational service in a timely manner.
Day to day you will:
- Manage a pipeline of sales support within the internal booking system with a high degree of attention to detail & punctuality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across several internal departments & external clients alike
- Work closely with the Sport Sales team to create and deliver market leading responses and solutions for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for revenue and business growth
Qualifications
Experience is preferred, but not essential. You will enjoy working within a close-knit, high performing team. You will quickly become a critical support role – aiding a team of sales professionals as they generate proposals, negotiate bookings, deliver effective campaigns and then report on the success.
What you'll bring:
