Sr Project Manager - Cloud - Project Management Professional, Customer Success Manager & PRINCE2

Lead large-scale, enterprise-level technical programs involving complex system integrations, cloud migrations, or platform modernization. Manage multiple project tracks, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and driving end-to-end delivery across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Facilitate project planning, track progress, identify risks, and collaborate with various teams to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline commitments.

Must Have

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-level technical programs involving complex system integrations, data flows, cloud migrations, or platform modernization.
• Manage multiple project tracks (infrastructure, backend, frontend, QA, security) and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Drive governance, compliance, technical documentation, and engineering alignment across all phases.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineering managers, DevOps, InfoSec, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and delivery quality.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Ability to understand architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and technical constraints.
• Knowledge of risk management, change management, and release management methodologies.
• Drive project planning: scope definition, effort estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder review meetings.
• Track progress, identify risks, create mitigation plans, and handle escalations proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, product management, and business teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables when required.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and ensure transparent communication.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and delivery frameworks.
• 13+ years of project/program management experience, with strong delivery ownership.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence without authority and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who can mentor others and strengthen the PMO function.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern engineering practices.
• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
