Job Summary
The FP&A Manager will be a strategic finance professional, partnering with regional leadership and commercial teams across the UKI and Benelux regions. This role involves leading forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, delivering insightful reporting and variance analysis, and enhancing business performance visibility through BI development. The FP&A Manager will collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and other stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, drive operational alignment, and support growth strategies, playing a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance and strategic decision-making.
Must Have
- Act as a trusted finance partner to regional leadership, delivering data-driven insights.
- Own and support OPEX and sales forecasting, annual budgeting, and quota setting.
- Lead month-end close support, including deal margin reviews and revenue attribution.
- Produce monthly P&L reviews, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and executive commentary.
- Analyse customer CSP portfolios to identify renewal risks and growth opportunities.
- Support project controlling for the services business using SWO systems.
- Enhance BI reporting and visibility of business trends.
- Continuously assess and improve financial and operational processes.
- Relevant analytical experience (FP&A, commercial finance, or similar).
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue models.
- Ability to translate business performance into clear financial outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems (e.g. Power BI).
- Data-driven approach to insight generation.
- Highly analytical mindset focused on process optimisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence to advise, influence, and partner with senior leadership.

The FP&A Manager will work as a key member of the finance function across the UKI and Benelux regions, serving as a finance business partner to regional leadership and commercial teams. This role will support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes, deliver insightful reporting and variance analysis, and enhance visibility of business performance through strong BI development. The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, drive operational alignment, and support growth strategies across the regions. With a strong analytical mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, this position will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, commercial accountability, and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Partnership: Act as a trusted finance partner to regional leadership, delivering data-driven insights to support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making, while collaborating closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and Admin teams.
- Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and support OPEX and sales forecasting, annual budgeting, quota setting, mid-year adjustments, and ongoing cost planning by incorporating pipeline trends, sales cycles, key deals, risks, and opportunities.
- Financial Reporting & Performance Management: Lead month-end close support, including deal margin reviews, revenue attribution, and financial data accuracy, while producing monthly P&L reviews, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and executive commentary.
- Business & Customer Analysis: Analyse customer CSP portfolios to identify renewal risks, growth opportunities, and performance drivers; review regional cost allocations to promote accountability across cost centres and improve profitability.
- Process Optimisation & Project Control: Support project controlling for the services business using SWO systems, enhance BI reporting and visibility of business trends, and continuously assess and improve financial and operational processes in line with best practices.
What we need to see from you
- FP&A / Commercial Finance Experience: Relevant analytical experience (FP&A, commercial finance, or similar), ideally within an international or matrixed environment, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue models.
- Strong Commercial & Business Acumen: Ability to translate business performance into clear financial outcomes, with an interest in strategic topics and a motivation to drive meaningful change.
- Advanced Analytical & Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems (e.g. Power BI), with a data-driven approach to insight generation.
- Process & Reporting Optimisation: Highly analytical mindset focused on process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement of financial reporting and forecasting.
- Stakeholder & Communication Excellence: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence, and partner with senior leadership in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
