Job Summary

The Analyst, CMO will be responsible for assisting in drafting, reviewing, and editing various contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. This role involves analyzing contract data for efficiency improvements and suggesting process enhancements. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal fields, with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Strong knowledge of contract law, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Must Have

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and Subcontractor agreements
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Work closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s objectives
  • Analyse contract data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline contract management and enhance operational efficiency
  • Stay up to date with contract management best practices and legal requirements to ensure continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any degree, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, legal, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret legal language and terms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or software is preferred

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Creation & Review:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and Subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:
