Financial Reporting Manager

At GoDaddy, the Senior Financial Analyst focuses on modeling, tracking, and understanding business drivers. This role is an integral partner across businesses, playing a meaningful role in developing long-term strategic plans and driving strategy and initiatives. You will work directly with the Corporate Senior Leadership Team and various partners, designing and deploying AI agents to automate and enhance Finance team capabilities, leading automation initiatives, and supporting budgets and forecasts.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate and enhance Finance team capabilities
• Lead automation initiatives to transform manual financial processes into efficient, AI-powered workflows
• Support annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to OPEX
• Build and analyse reports using Workday Adaptive Planning to deliver actionable financial insights
• Consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across products and operations using AI-driven analytics
• 6+ years proven experience in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization
• Proven hands-on experience building AI agents
• Strong technical skills in Excel
• Strong experience communicating financials effectively at all levels

Good to Have

• Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance
• Knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday and QuickSight
