Must Have
- Proactively seek and engage new customers for cloud and software solutions
- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify client interest and identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop creative pitches and propositions tailored to specific industry sectors
- Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads and opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM to support targeted marketing and business development
- Proven experience in initiating and conducting outbound calls for cloud solutions
- Demonstrated ability in identifying and crafting sales opportunities, producing leads, and closing sales for CSP
- Experience hunting for new CSP customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a database with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and determined to achieve targets

Responsibilities

- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop creative pitches and propositions tailored to specific industry sectors.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities, managing the sales pipeline with accuracy.
- Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
- Attend regular team meetings to share updates and best practices.
- Contribute to team success by sharing and implementing ideas based on standard processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM to support targeted marketing and business development.
