Corporate Staff Accountant

Snail Games is seeking an ambitious Staff Accountant to join its finance department. This hybrid role, based in the greater Los Angeles/Southern California region, involves managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing essential support for business decisions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles, meticulous, and inquisitive, contributing significantly to the team's success and growing professionally within the company.

Must Have

• Post and process journal entries
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Process balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
• Review expenses and payroll records
• Update financial data in databases
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Communicate and enforce purchasing policies and payment requisition procedures
• Assist senior accountants in monthly/yearly closings
• Carry out projects and assignments independently with minimal oversight
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years professional full-time experience in Accounting
• Strong understanding of Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and NetSuite

• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
