Senior Account Executive - Korea

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, driven, and well-connected sales professional to expand our enterprise customer base in the Identity and Security portfolio within Korea. This role involves nurturing strategic relationships and driving new business success. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, identifying new clients, and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in high-value solution selling in a Software-as-a-Service environment, contributing to CyberArk's exponential business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.
Must Have
- Own and execute end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify prospective CyberArk clients within defined market segments in large enterprises
- Drive new business in existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- Establish professional and trusted relationships with C-level to operational contacts
- Possess in-depth knowledge of customer's business model, organizational structures, processes, and financial structure
- Demonstrate ability to build partner-led go-to-market motions with strong channel ecosystem knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering related fields
- 10+ years of experience in quota carrying enterprise cybersecurity sales within Korea
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven track record in pipeline creation and closing large deals with chaebols, telecom, and large-scale SI-led projects
- Strong customer centricity and success-oriented sales mentality
- Organized, efficient, and able to drive successful outcomes while demonstrating process and administrative excellence
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent presentation/communication skills

- Own and execute end to end sales cycle from prospecting, leads qualification, driving strategy against competition, negotiation and closing.
- Identify prospective CyberArk clients within defined market segments in large enterprises
- Driving new business in existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross sell motions
- Establish a professional and trusted relationship with customers and prospects, from the C-level to the Operational level, developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the customer within their business vertical.
- In-depth knowledge of customer's business model, organizational structures, business processes and financial structure.
- Demonstrate ability to build partner-led GTM motions with strong channel ecosystem knowledge and influence

##### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering related fields
