The role
Bilingual Talent Acquisition Apprentice
Do you want to gain a global perspective on recruitment processes, collaborating with teams from different countries?
Are you looking to apply your Organizational Psychology knowledge in a technological, bilingual, and high-growth environment?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to get to know and learn in depth about the activities specific to a Talent Attraction professional. You will collaborate closely with teams from different countries, which will allow you to acquire a global vision and enrich your experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- LATAM Recruitment: Active support in various recruitment and selection processes at the Latin America (LATAM) level.
- Bilingual Support: Support in the review of documents, emails, and publications in English to ensure quality and international reach.
- Operational Coordination: Support in the management and organization of area documents and in the coordination of internal processes and activities.
- Talent Initiatives: Participation in key training and development initiatives for SoftwareOne teams.
What we need to see from you
- Education: Psychology student or related fields.
- Academic Requirement: Must have university approval to complete professional internships in the first semester of 2026.
- Language: Bilingual profile (Fluent English).
- Location: Must reside in Medellín or Bogotá, Colombia.
- Status: Must be an active university student and start the internship in 2026-1
