Senior Game Producer (Real Money Gaming)

Seeking a Senior Game Producer with expertise in Real-Money Gaming (RMG) and Remote Game Server (RGS) operations. This role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of RMG titles, from ideation to live operations, ensuring compliance, RGS integration, and certification across multiple jurisdictions. The producer will guide game development, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory adherence, leveraging a strong understanding of game math, RNG, and RGS pipelines.

Must Have

• Lead end-to-end game development (ideation, planning, execution, testing, certification, launch, live ops).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, math, art, QA, engineering, compliance, release).
• Oversee RGS integration, audits, certification, and release management.
• Ensure RMS and regulatory compliance across markets.
• Work with technical teams on RGS architecture, APIs, and multi-operator distribution.
• Liaise with compliance/legal teams and certification labs (GLI, BMM).
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and change management for compliance and certification.
• Validate RNG certification, RTP/volatility modeling, and game math fairness.
• Support innovative mechanics (slots, table games, jackpots, bonuses) while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor live performance, coordinate updates/fixes, and drive player engagement.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, partners, and operators.
• Communicate status, risks, and priorities to leadership.
• 8+ years of production experience, with at least 5 years in RMG / casino gaming.
• Hands-on experience with Remote Game Servers (RGS).
• Strong knowledge of casino game mechanics.
• In-depth understanding of RNG certification, RTP, volatility modeling, and game math validation.
• Familiarity with RGS architecture, APIs, and multi-operator pipelines.
• Experience handling regulatory, compliance, certification, and audit requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of player retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.
• Experience managing progressive jackpots, multiplayer features, or promotional frameworks via RGS.
• Familiarity with payment systems, wallets, and KYC/AML integration.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Game Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of production experience, with at least 5 years in RMG / casino gaming.
• Hands-on experience with Remote Game Servers (RGS): integration, certification, audits, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of casino game mechanics: slots, table games, card games, jackpots, and bonus features.
• In-depth understanding of RNG certification, RTP, volatility modeling, and game math validation.
• Familiarity with RGS architecture, APIs, and multi-operator pipelines.
• Experience handling regulatory, compliance, certification, and audit requirements across multiple markets.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal teams, external labs, and operators.
• Knowledge of player retention, engagement, and monetization metrics (DAU, MAU, ARPU, CPI, LTV).
• Experience managing progressive jackpots, multiplayer features, or promotional frameworks via RGS.
• Familiarity with payment systems, wallets, and KYC/AML integration.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Prince2 are a plus.
