Game Math & Product Specialist

We’re looking for a Game Math & Product Specialist to own the mathematical backbone of our games. This role blends probability math, game design and product thinking to build systems that maximize engagement, retention and long-term value while maintaining competitive RTP. You’ll design payout structures, create advanced bonus and multiplier mechanics and help push our games beyond standard instant formats into more sophisticated slot-style and feature-driven experiences. You’ll have real ownership over how our games feel, perform and evolve. Your decisions will directly impact player excitement, retention and the future of our product.

Must Have

• Design and document payout structures & RTP math for new games
• Build slot machine math, including bonus rounds, bonus buys, volatility and feature design
• Create new multipliers, bonus mechanics and special features to revamp and modernize existing products
• Write clear product specs that engineers can implement directly
• Review, test and verify math specs written by others
• Analyze gameplay data to optimize session length, retention and spend
• Code/develop POC & simulations
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics and game math
• Experience designing or analyzing RTP-based systems
• Comfortable translating complex math into clear, practical specs
• Product-minded: you care how math impacts player behavior

Good to Have

• Experience with slots, iGaming, simulations or Monte Carlo methods

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll - the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing and PVP.
• HypeDrop - a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

What you’ll do:

• Design and document payout structures & RTP math for new games (Plinko, Mines, Box Battles and more).
• Build slot machine math, including bonus rounds, bonus buys, volatility and feature design.
• Create new multipliers, bonus mechanics and special features to revamp and modernize existing products.
• Write clear product specs that engineers can implement directly.
• Review, test and verify math specs written by others.
• Analyze gameplay data to optimize session length, retention and spend, balancing high RTP with strong engagement.
• Code/develop POC & simulations.

Job requirements

Who you are:

• Strong foundation in probability, statistics and game math.
• Experience designing or analyzing RTP-based systems.
• Comfortable translating complex math into clear, practical specs.
• Product-minded: you care how math impacts player behavior, not just theoretical correctness.
• Bonus: experience with slots, iGaming, simulations or Monte Carlo methods.
