Job Summary

Casumo is an international online casino company seeking a Responsible Gaming and Affordability Analyst. This role involves monitoring player activity for responsible gambling risks, conducting affordability checks, and directly interacting with players to provide support. The analyst will manage complex cases, maintain records, and collaborate with various teams to promote a player-focused safer gambling culture. The position supports the RG & AML Manager with investigations and regulatory obligations.

Must Have

  • Monitor player activity to identify responsible gambling and affordability risks
  • Conduct affordability, safer gambling, and source of funds checks where required
  • Engage directly with customers via written communication and phone calls to deliver appropriate RG interventions and support
  • Handle sensitive and potentially difficult conversations in a professional, empathetic manner
  • Review and assess customer documentation to support risk-based decisions
  • Act as an escalation point for complex RG and affordability cases
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Compliance, Payments, and Product teams
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience handling difficult or sensitive customer interactions, including phone calls
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills in a regulated environment
  • 24/7 flexibility when required
  • Creative, proactive and willing to learn
  • Dynamic and accurate
  • Team player and bring positive spirit
  • Ability to work in shifts, with office presence

Position Overview:

Requirements:
