Game Release Manager – Junior

SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking a Game Release Manager – Junior. This role involves managing and coordinating the release process of new games, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information across systems. Responsibilities include monitoring and updating game data, communicating with partners, managing graphic assets, and disseminating information to clients and colleagues through announcements and newsletters. Must Have

• Monitoring the relevance and completeness of information in our system (adding new games, controlling existing games, contacting partners about releases/assets/changes)
• Adding graphic materials to our graphic repository (CDN)
• Making announcements and newsletters for our clients and colleagues about new releases and changes in games (in English)
• English B1+ proficiency
• Russian B1+ proficiency
• Attentiveness, patience and accuracy
• Basic experience in Excel

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the release process of new games, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information across our systems. The role includes monitoring and updating game data, maintaining communication with partners regarding new releases and updates, managing graphic assets, and ensuring smooth information flow to clients and colleagues through announcements and newsletters.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring the relevance and completeness of information in our system, which includes:
• adding the new games from our partners spaces
• controlling of existing games and the relevance of information
• contacting with partners about new releases, graphic assets, changes in games and other technical questions
• Adding the graphic materials to our graphic repository (CDN)
• Making an announcements and newsletters for our clients and colleagues about new releases and changes in games (through our chats and letters in English)

Required Experience:

• English B1+
• Russian B1+
• Attentiveness, patience and accuracy
• Basic experience in Excel
• Additional skills: Experience in support
