As Licensing Manager at White Wolf, you will help expand the reach of our brands through global licensing. Working for the Director of Licensing, you will source and support new opportunities across established entertainment categories, such as video games, publishing, and tabletop gaming, while leading the full deal lifecycle in emerging and lifestyle segments. Your role combines proactive partner outreach, deal development, and relationship management, ensuring our IP is presented in compelling, high-quality ways that align with our creative and commercial vision. This is a dynamic individual contributor position focused on outbound execution, partner collaboration, and long-term brand growth.

Must Have

  • Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities across established entertainment mediums
  • Lead end-to-end deal management in emerging and lifestyle categories
  • Collaborate with Creative, Legal, and Finance teams for brand alignment and deal compliance
  • Monitor partner compliance, including contract terms and payment schedules
  • Conduct competitive and market research to surface trends and expansion opportunities
  • 2+ years experience in business development or licensing
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, structured, and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and relationships simultaneously
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Experience with brand licensing in games, entertainment, or pop culture
  • Familiarity with IP management, royalty structures, and brand licensing models

Role Overview

World of Darkness is the legendary, dark, and mature storytelling universe behind Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, Hunter: The Reckoning, Mage: The Ascension, and more. Our setting has shaped decades of role-playing games, video games, books, live-action experiences, and transmedia storytelling.

As Licensing Manager at White Wolf, you will help expand the reach of our brands through global licensing. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities across established entertainment mediums, including video games, board and card games, book publishing, and consumer products.
  • Lead end-to-end deal management in emerging and lifestyle categories, while collaborating with the Director of Licensing on established entertainment mediums, with a focus on video games.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure brand alignment, deal compliance, and successful product execution.
  • Monitor partner compliance, including contract terms, brand integrity, deliverables, and payment schedules.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to surface trends, expansion opportunities, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in business development or licensing within entertainment, gaming, or consumer products.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, structured, and organized - comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
