Job Summary
As Marketing & Partnerships Manager at White Wolf, you will oversee the success of licensed product launches and partner-led campaigns across the White Wolf franchise. Working closely with the Director of Licensing, you will coordinate marketing activities across a diverse partner ecosystem, encompassing crowdfunding releases, physical games, and digital collaborations. Your role ensures that each launch is compelling, brand-aligned, and strategically timed within a complex, shared calendar. Acting as both brand steward and account lead, you’ll work closely with creative, community, and business stakeholders to elevate how White Wolf shows up in the world.
Must Have
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact for assigned licensing partners.
- Review and provide feedback on partner marketing plans, campaign materials, and timelines.
- Provide feedback and strategic input on launch positioning, promotional beats, crowdfunding strategies, and press materials.
- Collaborate with Creative Director, Producer, and Community Developer for brand narrative alignment.
- Track the broader franchise marketing calendar, identifying conflicts and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate internally with legal, licensing, and business growth teams for marketing terms.
- Monitor milestone delivery, asset approval workflows, and partner communications.
- Drive partner-aligned PR strategy and communication priorities.
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience within entertainment, gaming, or media.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and confident managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting licensed or crowdfunding-driven product campaigns.
- Familiarity with horror, supernatural, or fandom-driven brands.
- Knowledge of the World of Darkness universe or adjacent IPs.

World of Darkness is the legendary, dark, and mature storytelling universe behind Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, Hunter: The Reckoning, Mage: The Ascension, and more. Our setting has shaped decades of role-playing games, video games, books, live-action experiences, and transmedia storytelling.

Acting as both brand steward and account lead, you’ll work closely with creative, community, and business stakeholders to elevate how White Wolf shows up in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact for assigned licensing partners from contract through launch.
- Review and provide feedback on partner marketing plans, campaign materials, and timelines for brand alignment and creative potential.
- Provide feedback and strategic input on launch positioning, promotional beats, crowdfunding strategies, and press materials.
- Collaborate with White Wolf’s Creative Director, Creative Producer, and Community Developer to ensure timing, messaging, and visuals align with ongoing brand narratives.
- Track the broader franchise marketing calendar, identifying conflicts, synergies, and cross-promotional opportunities across licensees and internal initiatives.
- Coordinate internally with legal, licensing, and business growth teams to ensure marketing terms are considered during late-stage negotiations.
- Monitor milestone delivery, asset approval workflows, and partner communications to ensure timely execution and brand compliance.
- Drive partner-aligned PR strategy and communication priorities, ensuring consistency and impact across announcements and key campaign beats.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience within entertainment, gaming, or media, ideally including partnerships or account management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills across both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, structured, and confident managing multiple concurrent projects and timelines
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
