Join our team as an intern in March 2026 to set up hardware and software for memory characterization, develop characterization programs for non-volatile memories, and perform device testing. You will analyze performance and interactions of read/write operations and develop routines for statistical evaluation. We seek a motivated student with strong programming skills (Python), knowledge in electrical measurements, mixed-signal design, and semiconductor device characterization, with an interest in memory devices and fluent English.

Must Have

• Set up hardware and software for a memory characterization bench
• Create a characterization program for non-volatile memories

• Systematic studies of performance and interactions of read and write operations

• Currently studying electrical engineering, information or communication technology or similar

• Study field: Currently studying electrical engineering, information or communication technology or similar
• Skills: Good programming skills (Python, etc.)
• Experience: Demonstrate knowledge in the field of electrical measurements and measurement automation
• Expertise: Expertise in mixed-signal design and characterization of semiconductor devices
• Interests: Already gained knowledge about memory devices
• Language skills: Fluent communication in English
