Job Summary

Red Apple Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing, growth, and revenue initiatives for their Free-to-Play (F2P) game website and mobile app. This high-impact role involves owning user acquisition, engagement, retention, brand building, and monetization-support, working closely with various teams. The manager will also be responsible for brand partnerships, influencer ecosystems, and strategic alliances, reporting directly to the CEO.

Must Have

  • Own and execute complete product marketing strategy for F2P games across web and mobile platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition (UA) channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Programmatic & affiliate networks, Influencer marketing platforms, OEM platforms, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Own marketing budgets and continuously optimize Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV) and retention.
  • Own marketing-led revenue streams in collaboration with Product, Business and Finance teams.
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate and manage brand sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and scale a long-term influencer and creator ecosystem.
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets including trailers, ad creatives, banners, social content and store assets.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including Daily Active Users (DAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), retention, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), conversion and funnel performance.
  • 7-8 years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing or growth roles, preferably in Gaming, Mobile apps, Entertainment, Consumer internet or social platforms.
  • Strong passion for video games, player communities and the F2P ecosystem.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing funnels and paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience tracking CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

What's the role?

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of marketing, growth and revenue-linked initiatives and partnerships for our Free-to-Play (F2P) game website and mobile app.

This role requires a strong understanding of gamer behavior, community culture, performance marketing and commercial growth levers, including sponsorships and strategic partnerships. The incumbent will lead user acquisition, engagement, retention, brand building and monetization-support initiatives, while owning brand partnerships, influencer ecosystems, strategic partnerships and marketing-led revenue streams.

The role works closely with Product, Game Design, Live Ops, Tech, Creative, Analytics, Community and Finance teams to execute all Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across the product lifecycle. This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO.

What will be your responsibilities?

###### Product & Marketing Strategy

  • Own and execute the complete product marketing strategy for F2P games across web and mobile platforms.
  • Build monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, marketing pillars and key messaging based on player insights.
  • Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for new features, game updates, seasons and launches.
  • Maintain and evolve the game’s brand identity, tone of voice and storytelling across all channels.

###### User Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition (UA) channels including:
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads
  • Programmatic & affiliate networks
  • Influencer marketing platforms
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) platforms (Mi Ads, Samsung Ads, Oppo/Vivo, Realme Ads)
  • App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Own marketing budgets and continuously optimize Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV) and retention.
  • Design and manage re-targeting and re-engagement flows to reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with UA and creative teams to optimize targeting, creatives and funnels.

###### Revenue, Partnerships & Commercial Growth

  • Own marketing-led revenue streams in collaboration with Product, Business and Finance teams, with clear accountability for growth outcomes.
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate and manage brand sponsorships and strategic partnerships across:
  • In-game events, tournaments and leagues
  • Seasonal challenges, rewards and Live Ops campaigns
  • Co-branded content and digital assets
  • Design and execute co-marketing and sponsorship programs that drive both player engagement and incremental revenue.
  • Work with Product and Live Ops teams to integrate revenue-generating mechanics, such as:
  • Sponsored events and challenges
  • Rewarded ads and partner-led experiences
  • Limited-time offers and branded in-game items
  • Build and manage partnership budgets, Profile & Loss ownership and Return on Investment frameworks.
  • Forecast and report the revenue impact of marketing campaigns, GTM initiatives and partnerships to leadership.
  • Track and optimize partnership-driven KPIs including incremental revenue, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) uplift, Lifetime Value (LTV) impact, conversion and retention influence.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships including negotiations, execution and performance reporting.
  • Explore platform partnerships, cross-promotions and ecosystem alliances to drive scalable growth.

###### Influencer, Creator & Community Growth

  • Build and scale a long-term influencer and creator ecosystem, beyond one-off campaigns.
  • Segment creators by platform, region, language and audience relevance.
  • Design performance-based influencer programs (Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), revenue share, milestone-based models).
  • Drive community engagement across Discord, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Support contests, tournaments, community events and Live Ops activations.
  • Build and promote User Generated Content (UGC) pipelines, including:
  • Gameplay videos, clips and highlights
  • Player reviews, reactions and commentary
  • Fan art, memes and community-led content

###### Content, Creative & Messaging

  • Oversee creation of marketing assets including trailers, ad creatives, banners, social content and store assets.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with gamer psychology, community culture and brand tone.
  • Collaborate with creative, design and video teams for high-impact storytelling and campaigns.

###### Analytics, Insights & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key metrics including Daily Active Users (DAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), retention, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), conversion and funnel performance.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, targeting and landing pages.
  • Conduct market research, player studies and competitor benchmarking.
  • Translate player behavior and campaign data into actionable insights for product and marketing teams.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports for leadership.

###### Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Game Design, Art, Tech, Quality Assurance (QA), Live Ops, Analytics and Customer Experience (CX) teams during feature development and launches.
  • Align marketing calendars with product releases and in-game events.
  • Support in-game communication strategies and promotional mechanics.

What's required from you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
