Senior Motion Graphics Designer & Animator

As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer & Animator, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing, product communication, games, and brand initiatives. This role involves transforming concepts into visually compelling motion assets, collaborating with creative teams, and enhancing brand presence and user engagement across platforms. You will design and animate high-quality content, ensuring it is optimized for various platforms and consistent with brand guidelines.

Must Have

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, games, and product videos.
• Create 2D animations, explainer videos, promotional content, and visual storytelling assets.
• Translate creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging animated visuals.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, game artists, marketing teams, and product stakeholders.
• Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and basic sound integration.
• Ensure animations are optimized for performance, resolution, and platform-specific requirements.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback from Creative Head / Team Lead and internal stakeholders while meeting defined timelines.
• Strong command of animation principles: timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, follow-through.
• Expertise in typography, animation, and kinetic text.
• Experience with character animation and motion storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt motion styles across multiple brands and products.

Good to Have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred).
• Experience creating motion assets for games, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Understanding of performance creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and App campaigns.
• Knowledge of UI/UX motion, micro-interactions, and onboarding animations.
• Awareness of gaming trends, casual games, and short-form content formats.

You will work closely with the Creative Head / Team Lead, designers, marketers, game teams and product stakeholders to transform concepts into visually compelling motion assets that enhance brand presence, user engagement and storytelling across platforms.

What Will be Your Responsibilities?

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, presentations, games, and product videos.
• Create 2D animations, explainer videos, promotional content, and visual storytelling assets.
• Translate creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards into engaging animated visuals.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, game artists, marketing teams, and product stakeholders.
• Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and basic sound integration.
• Ensure animations are optimized for performance, resolution, and platform-specific requirements (web, mobile, social).
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with creative styles where required.
• Incorporate feedback from the Creative Head / Team Lead and internal stakeholders while meeting defined timelines.
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, techniques, and animation styles.
• Follow established workflows, file structures, and version control practices.

What’s Required From You?

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (formal education supported by a strong portfolio).
