Job Summary

This role is responsible for all financial planning and analysis activities across departments, working closely with the US Finance team and business leaders. The incumbent will manage day-to-day FP&A operations, including month-end close, annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analytics. Key responsibilities involve analyzing the 3-year financial plan, driving position management governance, and partnering with HR and Finance stakeholders to provide insights into financial results and headcount analytics. The role also focuses on identifying and delivering process enhancement opportunities through automation, offshoring, or elimination.

Must Have

  • Manage end-to-end financial processes for benefits and compensation, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analytics, and rate card management.
  • Analyze and deliver the 3-year financial plan, aligning with strategic human capital objectives and market trends.
  • Drive position management governance and financial planning processes using data standardization and best practices.
  • Partner with HR and Finance leaders to provide insights into monthly financial results, projections, and headcount analytics.
  • Maintain staffing data and financial impacts, incorporating outer year impacts into the 3-year financial plan.
  • Drive insights and analytics for leadership transparency on hiring trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify and deliver process enhancement opportunities through automation, offshoring, or elimination.

Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for all financial planning and analysis activities across all departments. The candidate will work closely with the US Finance team, business partners and business leaders to manage the activities and ensure seamless delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for overlooking the day-to-day operations of the FP&A team and help in stabilizing the operations.

  • 8-10 Years of Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Manage the end-to-end financial processes for benefits and compensation including (but not limited to) month-end close processes, annual budgeting and planning, forecasting, variance analytics and rate card management.
  • Analyze and deliver the 3-year financial plan and alignment to strategic human capital objectives, market trends and associated projects and initiatives.
  • Drive position management governance and financial planning and analysis processes leveraging data standardization, best practices while driving automation and enhanced transparency and modelling capabilities.
  • Partner with key HR stakeholders and Finance leaders by providing valuable insight into monthly financial results, including full year projections, headcount analytics against plan, while identifying areas of opportunity and decision support.
  • Maintain staffing data and corresponding financial impacts, in partnership with department stakeholders and Human Resource business partners. Incorporate outer year impacts including staffing changes and business support into 3-year financial plan.
  • Drive insights and analytics that provide leadership transparency into risks and opportunities of departmental hiring trends, providing recommendations on efficiencies and/or risk mitigation.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities that enhance processes through automation, offshoring, or elimination.
