SS&C Eze is seeking a Post Trade Operations specialist to join its Operational Services team in Hyderabad. The specialist will work with broker matching platforms like CTM, NYFIX matching, and other applications, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions and smooth implementation of vendor connectivity. The position requires strong financial services experience, particularly in middle office operations, and excellent client service skills to safeguard the firm's capital and reputation.
Must Have
- Ensure timely allocation, matching, affirmation/confirmation, and settlement of trades.
- Proactively manage risk and challenge existing business processes.
- Resolve mismatches through communication with 3rd parties.
- Manage trade exceptions to prevent settlement delays.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of vendor connectivity.
- Manage multiple implementation projects within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events.
- Product knowledge in Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives.
- 3-10 years’ experience in financial or technology setting.
- Prior exposure in implementation capacity and onboarding clients.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

SS&C Eze: Operational Services – Post Trade Operations Specialist
SS&C Eze (Eze) is seeking a Post Trade Operations specialist to join its Operational Services team in its Hyderabad office. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in financial services discipline, with a stress on Middle office experience and can provide excellent service to our clients in the investment industry. Successful candidates will be highly driven and have an excellent understanding of the asset management business.
As a Post Trade Operations specialist, the candidate will be responsible for key functions in Client onboarding implementations, Trade exceptions management, Confirmation/Affirmation process, Settlement notification. It involves the understanding of trades flow in broker matching platform vendors like CTM, NYFIX matching, SSCNet along with other applications like TradeSuite, ALERT, Settlement Instruction Manager etc. It requires continuous communication with stakeholders - Clients/Broker Dealers/Custodians or any other interested 3rd parties and ensure all exceptions are managed within deadlines.
Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Work in partnership with our clients to ensure that trades are allocated, matched, affirmed/confirmed, and settled in a timely manner to safeguard the firm's capital and reputation and to meet the client SLAs.
- Work closely with our clients to proactively manage risk, and challenge existing business processes on a day-to-day basis. This will include understanding and meeting the evolving expectations of key clients of the firm and driving and following through on any efficiency initiatives to implementation.
- Communicate with various 3rd parties to resolve mismatches.
- Handing of trade exceptions in a timely manner to avoid settlement delays.
- Manage end to end implementation of Vendor connectivity and ensure smooth Go Live experience to clients
- Manage multiple implementation projects without compromising on project deadlines
Attributes:
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events
- Product knowledge – Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives
- Good to have Order Management System (OMS) experience
- Effectively handles difficult situations, build trust, long-term relationships with clients and manage client/business expectations as well as being able to view problems through the eyes of the client
- Excellent client service skills with experience gained within a fast-paced Client Service/ Operational role
- Ability to work in dynamic environment, proven history of being able to react to changing priorities
