Job Summary
We are partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented AI Service Experience Designer. This onsite opportunity, 3 months plus with the opportunity to extend/convert, offers an exciting chance to leverage your expertise in user experience, service design, and artificial intelligence to transform internal workflows. Must Have
- Develop visual representations of end-to-end business processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs.
- Work with Engineers to create low-code workflows and AI solutions.
- Ensure AI-enabled workflows comply with security, audit, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.
- Facilitate workshops to gather customer insights.
- 5+ years of experience in Service or Experience Design.
- 2+ years designing AI-enabled workflows and customer experiences.
- Proven ability to create journey maps, service blueprints, and storyboards.
- Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or similar regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design Principles, Python, JavaScript, APIs, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent Visual Design skills.
Good to Have
- Portfolio showing Service Design Blueprints derived from Research, Journey Maps, User Research Samples, AI Enablement Case Studies, AI-enabled or Automation-focused Case Studies strongly preferred.

AI Service Experience Designer Responsibilities:
- Develop visual representations of end-to-end business processes to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs and work with Engineers to create low-code workflows and AI solutions.
- Ensure that AI-enabled workflows comply with security, audit, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into team projects.
- Facilitate workshops to gather customer insights and identify areas for improvement throughout the user journey.
AI Service Experience Designer Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience in Service or Experience Design, focusing on comprehensive user journeys.
- 2 + years designing AI-enabled workflows and customer experiences.
- Proven ability to create journey maps, service blueprints, and storyboards for complex processes.
- Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or similar regulated industries.
- Portfolio required showing Service Design Blueprints derived from Research, Journey Maps, User Research Samples, AI Enablement Case Studies, AI-enabled or Automation-focused Case Studies strongly preferred.
- Must have a solid understanding of User-Centered Design Principles, Python, JavaScript, APIs, HTML, CSS, excellent Visual Design skills.
