Must Have
- Must be at least 18 (U.S)
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Proficient knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to use the Internet/Intranet as a resource for department work activities
- Administer advanced cashiering tasks including cash-related opening/closing duties
- Assemble/verify cash deposits, count tills, and ensure adequate change
- Support scheduling through zone chart report generation
- Identify/aid with opportunities in daily associate coverage
- Review associate tech functionality and store facilities
- Help troubleshoot, submit service tickets, and track ticket statuses
- Ability to perform standard cashiering duties and resolve irregular transactions
- Provide elevated service and sales support to store customers and teammates
- Perform other support tasks like processing staff uniform transactions
- Answer telephone calls, order supplies, and submit change orders
