In this role, you will drive and execute the account vision and strategy for Lifestyle or Performance CFOPs, focusing on pre- and in-season offense and acting as the commercial voice for the marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Türkiye (Marketing, Finance, Operations) and CEMEA (Merchandising, Planning), as well as directly with partner buying, marketing, and retail teams to ensure seamless consumer experiences and achieve net revenue and contribution goals.

Job Description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for two Partner Representatives who bring curiosity, learning agility, and a results-driven mindset. You combine a solution-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills. You excel in account planning, covering both business and assortment planning, and communicate effectively with account teams and cross-functional partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will drive and execute the account vision and strategy with a focus on Lifestyle or Performance CFOPs throughout the pre- and in-season offense. You’ll be the commercial voice for the marketplace, shaping stories throughout the go-to-market process.

You will be accountable for:

  • Developing seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks, ensuring product flow and optimizing in-season trading and replenishment to maximize account results.
  • Planning account business through forecasts and scenario plans using category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace insights.
  • Managing partner and marketplace presentation: ensuring stories and products are showcased across digital and physical channels, aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
  • Creating and driving assortments that contribute to net revenue growth.
  • Managing end-to-end business with your account to deliver net revenue and contribution goals.
  • Building seamless consumer experiences across online and offline touchpoints, obsessing over product launch journeys.
  • Maintaining high standards in partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently while contributing to team success.
  • Ensuring consistent representation and collaboration with partners/buyers at retail - through visits, staff training, and competitor insights—within T&E budget.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the Türkiye office, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, as well as CEMEA teams such as Merchandising and Planning. You’ll also work directly with the partner’s buying, marketing, and retail teams. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and maximizing team effectiveness to serve the consumer. You will report to the Manager, Commercial & Partner Transformation, Turkey.

WHAT YOU BRING

To be considered, you must demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Commercial experience across multiple seasons, including partner and stakeholder management at buyer level (selling, consulting, negotiations).
  • Retail acumen and understanding of Nike products and consumer trends.
  • Project management experience, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Merchandising experience: creating account assortments based on POS input and strategy.
  • Business planning with an analytical and digital KPI mindset.
  • Retail planning: leveraging data to optimize inventory and gross margins.
  • A passion for delivering best-in-class retail journeys across sport performance and lifestyle dimensions.

Position will be posted until 25th of December 2025. Relocation is not offered for this role.
