Job Summary

This role at BytePlus (ByteDance) involves establishing and expanding a pipeline for innovative AI and MaaS technology solutions across Europe. The Strategic Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition, maintain key relationships, execute go-to-market strategies, and achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading demand generation, owning the sales process, accurate reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of BytePlus's products. Candidates need 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with expertise in cloud computing, AI/ML, and strong client relationship management.

Must Have

  • Establish and expand pipeline for AI and MaaS technology solutions across Europe.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and expand customer base.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and monitor demand generation activities.
  • Own end-to-end sales process and customer journey.
  • Accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and full adoption.
  • Bachelor's degree (computer science or engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 3 years in cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML.
  • Solid background and expertise in AI technologies and AI-driven business solutions.
  • Rich resources and relationships with local customers and partners.
  • Deep understanding of Pan Internet sectors (gaming, eCommerce, media, social).
  • Strong problem solver, resilient, good at developing early markets.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.

  • Consultative sales or solution sales experience a plus.
  • Intensive vertical industry experiences (Digital Media, Adtech, eCom, Entertainment, Content).

Responsibilities: - Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite (more in the AI and MaaS space) and expand BytePlus business across Europe. - Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in countries across Europe, able to sell consultatively. - Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities - Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities and own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey with a good understanding of BytePlus's products and solutions. - Accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting. - Ensure smooth customer onboarding. Drive customer's full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and further referrals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:yu - Bachelor's degree minimum, computer science or engineering equivalent background preferred, strong business acumen with MBA a plus. - 5+ years of B2B sales experience and 3 years in cloud computing, video cloud or AI/ML, experience as a consultative sales or solution sales a plus. - Intensive vertical industry experiences (such as Digital Media, Adtech, eCom, Entertainment, Content vertical experiences) are highly preferred. -Solid background and expertise in AI technologies and AI-driven business solutions. - Have rich resources and relationships with local customers and partners with proven track records, and have a deep understanding of Pan Internet sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, media, social etc. - Strong problem solver, resilient, and good at developing early markets and entering new markets with strong client relationship management skills. Preferred qualifications: - Agile and entrepreneurial, extremely result-oriented with an always-can-do attitude. - Sound communication skills and organization skills, able to influence key stakeholders from various backgrounds on complex business and technology related topics.
