Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Performance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will support the Performance Media Sales team by managing key components of linear and digital media strategy, campaign execution, and client servicing from pre-sale through post-sale. You bring a strong foundation in linear and digital marketing and campaign operations, ideally from a digital publisher, media agency, or content platform. You're not only great with numbers and media math, but also collaborative and solutions-driven with an eye for detail. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute linear and digital media plans, responding to RFPs.
  • Implement media plans in platforms such as Operative and manage end-to-end campaign workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing post-campaign recaps and insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency counterparts and internal departments.
  • Ensure stewardship of deals, monitor campaign delivery, and manage schedule/programming updates.
  • Track and resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate documentation for invoicing.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, media sales, or advertising operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and general Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of linear and digital industry terminology and media math.
  • Must be able to work from our New York office.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Good to Have

  • Experience with ad management platforms like Wide Orbit, Operative, Google Ad Manager, DCM, or Innovid.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

This position requires the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

You will report to the Performance Account Executives and partner closely with senior sales executives.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute linear and digital media plans, responding to RFPs with strategic and creative ideas that meet client KPIs.
  • Implement media plans in platforms such as Operative and manage end-to-end campaign workflows.
  • Liaise with creative, production, and AdOps teams to ensure timely and accurate launch of linear and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing post-campaign recaps and insights for future opportunities.
  • Sales Coordination & Client Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency counterparts and internal departments such as Pricing & Planning, Inventory, Ad Compliance, Traffic, and Billing.
  • Ensure stewardship of deals, monitor campaign delivery, and manage schedule/programming updates.
  • Track and resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate documentation for invoicing, and assist with administrative support to sales teams.
  • Manage promotional assets and special integrations alongside Senior Sales Executives.
  • Client & Internal Communication:
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver proof of performance materials such as launch screenshots and post-campaign decks.
  • Support the flow of information between teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, media sales, or advertising operations—ideally at a media company, digital publisher, or agency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and general Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ad management platforms like Wide Orbit, Operative, Google Ad Manager, DCM, or Innovid (a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of linear and digital industry terminology and media math.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work from our New York office.
  • Employment and education verification required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

SALARY RANGE

Base Salary- $60,000- 70,000 + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
