TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Utility role to assist Camera Operators during show productions. This involves pulling cables for camera operators, operating the teleprompter as needed, and assisting the Floor Manager with cables, sets, props, and studio floor traffic. The role also includes placing microphones, IFB, and other communication equipment on talent, ensuring they are working properly, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Must Have

• Assist Camera Operators during show productions
• Pull cables for Camera Operators
• Operate teleprompter as needed
• Assist Floor Manager with cables, sets, props, and studio floor traffic
• Place microphones, IFB, and communication equipment on talent
• Ensure communication equipment is working properly
• Associates Degree in Television Production or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience with live studio broadcast
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of set monitors and other essential studio hardware
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs of equipment and cables

Good to Have

• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

• Assist the Floor Manager with cables, sets, props and traffic on the studio floor
• Place microphones, IFB, and other related communication equipment on talent and ensure that they are working properly
• Perform other related duties as assigned

YOU HAVE:

• Associates Degree in Television Production or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience with live studio broadcast
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of set monitors and other essential studio hardware
• Comfortable with all aspects of the production
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs of equipment and cables
