This key support role for the Commercial Planning Directorate and Sales team involves analyzing commercial information, controlling client investments and budgets, and preparing executive reports.

Must Have

• Management of commercial information and databases
• Preparation of reports and analysis in Excel
• Analysis of variations, detection of deviations, and early warnings
• Preparation of executive reports and control dashboards
• Consolidation of information from Sales, Finance, Operations, and Content
• Support in planning and projecting commercial investments
• Bachelor's degree in administrative areas (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related)
• 1 year of experience in information analysis or planning
• Intermediate Excel proficiency

• Basic English (intermediate desirable)

About the team

The Commercial Planning area focuses on the analysis, control, and monitoring of commercial information, investments, and budgets, ensuring reliable and timely information for strategic decision-making.

About you:

Key support position for the Commercial Planning Directorate and the Sales team, responsible for the analysis of commercial information, control of investments and budgets by client, as well as the preparation of executive reports.

Your day to day:

• Management of commercial information and databases.
• Preparation of reports and analysis in Excel.
