Seasonal Reporter

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Seasonal Talented Reporter to research, report, and write compelling daily news, features, and in-depth stories in Spanish for multiplatform news products. Responsibilities include news gathering in the field, working with photographers, producers, and assignment editors, producing stories, conducting investigations, covering breaking news with urgency and accuracy, and translating/editing copy. The role requires reporting from the field, flexible hours, and potential travel.

Must Have

• Research, report and write in Spanish on compelling daily news, features and in-depth stories
• Responsible for news gathering in the field
• Work closely with photographers, producers and assignment editors
• Produce stories and conduct own investigations
• Cover breaking news with urgency and accuracy
• Research, confirm, write and deliver a final news product
• Translate and edit copy
• Report from the field
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Willing to work from office in Miami
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of experience
