The analyst will create and validate purchase orders in the ERP system, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Must Have

  • Create purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Validate purchase order documentation according to the type of order.
  • Deliver purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on the process.
  • Report eventualities in purchase order creation to management.
  • Register and follow up on incidents in purchase order generation.
  • Update exception logs for rejections and supplier order shipments.
  • Attend to inquiries from internal and external clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in all operational processes.
  • Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Business or similar.
  • Interest in purchasing and supply management.
  • Experience in creating and managing purchase orders in ERP systems.
  • Ability to meet supply needs respecting service levels.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication skills.

TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Jr. Purchasing Analyst for the Purchasing area.

The Purchasing area is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of goods and services for all areas of the company, ensuring that processes are carried out in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Their work includes the creation and validation of purchase orders, coordination with suppliers to meet required times and quality, and monitoring of necessary documentation and controls to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance in all acquisitions.

About you:

Carry out the creation of purchase orders in the system, ensuring full compliance with current policies and procedures, with the aim of satisfying the supply needs of the different areas of the company according to the established service levels.

Your day to day:

  • Create purchase orders in the ERP system, validating that they contain the necessary information and comply with current policies and procedures, so that orders advance correctly to the approval process.
  • Validate purchase order documentation according to the type of order, ensuring that the flow and approval are carried out in accordance with established standards.
  • Deliver purchase orders to suppliers, providing timely follow-up to the process and ensuring that goods or services are provided correctly, on time, and meeting the satisfaction of the requesting areas.
  • Report eventualities in the creation of purchase orders to management, notifying contingencies that prevent the generation of orders for prompt resolution.
  • Register and follow up on incidents in the generation of purchase orders, notifying management of any operation that does not meet the essential requirements.
  • Update exception logs, validating rejections and the sending of orders to suppliers, to provide accurate and updated information to management.
  • Attend to inquiries from internal and external clients, resolving doubts or eventual incidents related to purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in all operational processes of the area, avoiding sanctions that could compromise the operation.

You must have:

  • Completed bachelor's degree in related fields (Administration, Accounting, Business or similar).
  • Interest in purchasing and supply management, with a desire to develop in the area.
  • Experience in creating and managing purchase orders in ERP systems, ensuring full adherence to current policies and procedures.
  • Ability to meet the supply needs of the different areas of the company, respecting established service levels.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, to ensure that purchase orders are generated correctly and comply with corporate requirements.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal, external clients and suppliers.
