Job Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) for Adobe’s Digital Media (DME) business, you will drive strategic adoption of solutions like Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Generative AI with Adobe Firefly for Korea’s leading organizations. This role involves architecting multi-year account strategies, mastering complex deals, accelerating pipeline through executive engagement, and orchestrating Adobe’s ecosystem to deliver tailored proposals. You will also maintain CRM hygiene, ensure customer success, activate partner ecosystems, and provide thought leadership on creative workflows and GenAI trends.
Must Have
- Architect multi-year account strategies that unlock enterprise-wide transformation
- Build deep relationships across C-suite, IT, LoB, and procurement to secure long-term success
- Navigate end-to-end enterprise agreements with precision
- Craft compelling ROI-driven business cases
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Ensure compliance with Adobe’s deal governance
- Generate momentum through executive engagement, partner collaboration, and marketing activations
- Drive both net-new wins and expansion across diverse business units
- Mobilize Adobe’s ecosystem—Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing—to deliver tailored proposals, immersive demos, and proof-of-value pilots
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene
- Run disciplined deal reviews
- Deliver accurate ARR/ACV forecasts
- Proactively mitigate risks and set clear next steps for every opportunity
- Ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success
- Monitor adoption and secure renewals by tying outcomes to executive priorities and measurable business impact
- Align resellers and GSIs for coverage and execution
- Drive partner-sourced opportunities while upholding enterprise governance standards
- Share insights on creative workflows, content governance, digital collaboration, and GenAI trends
- Represent Adobe at executive briefings and industry forums as a trusted advisor
- Validated sales track record in consultative solution selling
- Understanding of Enterprise business and pricing negotiations
- Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with sophisticated customers
- 10 + years' experience selling complex software or solution deals to senior level stakeholders within large IT multi-national company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly illustrate return on investment

What You’ll Own
- Strategic Leadership: Architect multi-year account strategies that unlock enterprise-wide transformation. Build deep relationships across C-suite, IT, LoB, and procurement to secure long-term success.
