We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who possesses a blend of technical depth along with user and developer empathy to lead and scale our modern, unified extensibility platform (UXP) across our flagship Creative Cloud apps. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, developer relations, and community teams across Adobe (including Photoshop, Premiere, and others) to build and ship multi-year, cross-product roadmaps based on ecosystem and business needs while supporting the developer migration to the modern extensibility platform.

**What is UXP?**

UXP is Adobe’s modern extensibility framework based on familiar browser technologies. Using UXP, developers build high quality and impactful plugins unleashing powerful creative workflows and experiences in supported apps. UXP powers many features in Adobe’s product portfolio. (We drink our own champagne!)

**What You’ll Do**

  • Own & drive strategy for scaling third-party extensibility expansion across our Creative Cloud desktop apps. You'll work in close collaboration with associated app’s product teams and the community to align platform dependencies and support migration efforts.
  • Build and prioritize the platform roadmap with inputs from all partners and the ecosystem. This includes Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Marketing, Business Development, and GTM teams. Maintain the backlog of detailed epics, user stories and tasks with well defined definitions-of-done and refine operational processes to enable scale, efficiency and clarity.
  • Communicate updates on the product roadmap, key initiatives, and metrics to senior leadership and decision makers.
  • Partner closely with Developer Relations engineers by prioritizing and releasing clear, comprehensive, and engaging documentation and sample code.
  • Help shape the future of extensibility by building bridges for developers creating experiences across web and desktop.
  • Represent the extensibility platform internally, bringing in the voice of our developers and users of extensions to drive alignment across teams and products.
  • Build a deep understanding of the technology stack powering UXP and our products. This is a technical role. You should know JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and be familiar with new technologies that our developer community & users may need (e.g., generative AI, etc.)
  • Drive adoption of the platform by internal and external developers.

**What You’ll Need To Succeed**

  • Strategic mentality with the ability to see the big picture and align community efforts with platform and business goals over both the short and long term.
  • Leadership skills will be critical as you work across teams to deliver features. Previous management experience is ideal.
  • Be self-driven & motivated and independent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A minimum of four years of product management experience—engineers with product experience are welcome to apply!
  • A passion for working with developers and learning about new technologies.
  • Experience working with tiered customer levels (both first and third-party) is crucial to balance needs for the ecosystem and the business.
  • Experience building platforms is desired.
  • Developer Relations or Developer Support experience is desired.
  • Experience with Creative Cloud applications and plugin development is a plus.

**Why Join Us**
