Job Summary

The Internal Firm Services department at PwC Service Delivery Center in Katowice and Opole provides services to PwC network companies and clients worldwide. Must Have

The Internal Firm Services department has been operating in PwC Service Delivery Center's Katowice and Opole offices since 2016. Our teams provide services to PwC network companies, as well as entities that are clients of PwC worldwide. We specialize in services in the areas of accounting, HR and payroll processes, independence and risk management, and graphic editing. We work in an international environment, connecting daily with our clients from many countries. We support a culture of innovation by engaging in automation and standardization projects.

The financial team in the Internal Firm Services (IFS) department provides comprehensive services to clients located in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The scope of services includes accounting and HR/payroll services for PwC companies, as well as entities that are clients of PwC companies from these countries.

Our requirements:

  • very good knowledge of English,
  • relevant education (finance and accounting, taxes, economics, administration) or experience in a similar position,
  • practical knowledge of the MS Office suite; knowledge of SAP or any financial and accounting program will be an additional asset,
  • good organization of work time and independence in task execution,
  • analytical thinking skills and accuracy,
  • independence in setting priorities and timely execution of tasks.

Your responsibilities:

  • issuing and sending invoices for clients and PwC companies,
  • analysis and verification of invoices from PwC companies,
  • monitoring email inboxes and timely handling of inquiries,
  • preparing financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly),
  • ongoing contact with internal and external clients and ensuring high quality service,
  • ongoing resolution of requests in the ServiceNow system,
  • active participation in the month or year-end closing process.
