US Accountant Level 4 (NetSuite)

iConsultera is seeking a highly skilled US Accounting Manager (Level 4) with NetSuite ERP expertise. Must Have

• Oversee and manage preparation of financial statements (US GAAP).
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards in NetSuite.
• Review and supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and submit BU packs to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely adjustments for prepaid expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of AP & AR transactions in NetSuite.
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local tax laws; assist in tax filings and audits.
• Work closely with external auditors.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
• Optimize NetSuite functionalities for financial reporting, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues related to accounting operations.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants.
• Collaborate with senior management, finance teams, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA, CA Inter, or CPA qualified.
