The Product Specialist Sales Executive works in the mid-market segment, collaborating with Mexico portfolio owners to expand sales in secondary accounts using technical and commercial skills. This role drives growth and adoption of Autodesk AEC solutions for high-potential customers, focusing on transformational business outcomes. Responsibilities include achieving quotas, forecasting, managing strategic sales programs, and building long-term customer relationships.
Must Have
- Responsible for driving the business to overachieve on assigned quotas
- Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Generate incremental new business as well as maintains and maximizes existing revenue stream
- Manage execution of strategic sales and marketing programs
- Requires AEC industry knowledge
- Establish and sustain effective long-term customer relationships
- Effectively work with partners to generate business
- Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities
- Collaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources as needed
- Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
- Align team with corporate goals and use SMART goals to deliver results
- Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizations
- Selling experience with a proven track record of achievement of quota expectations
- English- oral and written- 80% minimum

Job Description
Position Overview
The Product Specialist Sales works in the mid market segment, in collaboration with the Mexico portfolio owners, to amplify and expand sales in secondary accounts, with technical and commercial skills. This role is crucial to the growth and adoption of technology in the most important Mexico accounts.
You will be engaging with established, large customers as a product specialist sales representative to position the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) solutions in a manner that drives transformational business outcomes for a specific set of pre-defined high potential customers. You will be driving account planning and customer relationship development with the account portfolio owner, and working with both our internal pre-sales team and partner companies to provide guidance and support to your client’s business goals. You will be able to utilize your combination of industry knowledge, business and sales strategy expertise, product knowledge and account management experience to reach both sales quota and customer value goals.
Responsibilities

- Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
- AEC industry knowledge and Experience
- Selling experience with a proven track record of achievement of quota expectations
- English- oral and written- 80% minimum
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in an Engineering or Architecture discipline
