Job Summary
Within Publicis Media International's Strategic Planning unit, you will contribute to defining and deploying global or regional communication and media strategies for international brands. Your responsibilities include data intelligence, market foresight, strategic vision development, internal and external upskilling, and fostering collective intelligence. This role requires strong analytical skills, a service-oriented approach, and proficiency in English.
Must Have
- Collect, process, analyze, and synthesize all types of data (qualitative/quantitative)
- Detect and report weak signals precursor to potential changes (trends, economic news, prospective media trends)
- Produce analyses to help build strategic orientations on key themes
- Contribute to the construction of strategic recommendations upstream of client media plans
- Facilitate the appropriation of data, studies, and Data intelligence tools
- Contribute to the construction and co-animate collective intelligence development initiatives
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
- Service-oriented and pedagogical
- Ability to defend a viewpoint with data and storytelling
- Comfort in an international context and collaborative work

Job Description
Within Publicis Media International's Strategic Planning unit, you will contribute to defining and deploying communication and media strategies on a global or regional scale for international brands.
Responsibilities
Your missions revolve around 5 pillars:
1. Data intelligence
Collects, processes, analyzes, and synthesizes all types of data (qualitative/quantitative) allowing Publicis Media and its clients to have a better understanding of their environments: studies, monitoring, partner data (media agencies/insights), partner/GAFA analyses and predictions. Knowledge and understanding of clients' business/economic performance.
2. Foresight
Detects and reports to the organization weak signals that are precursors to potential changes (trends, economic news of client sectors, prospective media trends) through the analysis of prospective studies or research.
3. Strategic vision Produces analyses that will help build strategic orientations on key themes. Contributes to the construction of strategic recommendations upstream of client media plans (participates in tenders).
4. Internal and external Upskilling
Facilitates the appropriation of data, studies, and Data intelligence tools both for clients and internally. Contributes to the construction of internal tools or for clients around these themes.
5. Collective intelligence
Contributes to the construction and co-animates certain sequences of collective intelligence development approaches (idea generation, innovation, design thinking...) both internally and for clients.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of data/insights tools (Nielsen, Kantar, GWI, Google Analytics).
