Job Summary

Join nexos.ai's marketing team to drive growth through paid acquisition. This role involves owning and scaling B2C performance marketing, running end-to-end paid campaigns, and continuously improving the funnel from click to sign-up. You will also contribute to B2B lead generation activities, helping businesses efficiently deploy AI at scale by building reliable and adaptive solutions.

Must Have

  • Autonomous planning and forecasting of B2C and B2B PPC activities
  • Ensuring outstanding quality of campaigns' setup and materials
  • Checking data quality across tracking points and flagging issues
  • Taking responsibility for multi-team projects by designing PPC campaign logic
  • Proactive task prioritizing, alignment on deadlines and deliverables
  • Daily performance monitoring via platform interface, GA and Looker
  • Providing clear and relevant reporting on responsibility area metrics
  • Working with developers and analysts for accurate tracking implementation
  • Following PPC and marketing-related news and latest trends
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn (3+ years experience)
  • B2C marketing experience
  • Understanding of all digital marketing metrics and their relations
  • Exceptional knowledge of various conversion setups and tracking points
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4 reports and UI
  • Good knowledge of Google Spreadsheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Ability to work in a team, independently, and deliver results
  • Global campaigns experience
  • Interpersonal skills for liaising with key vendors

nexos.ai is hiring a Paid Marketing Specialist to own and scale B2C performance marketing: running paid campaigns end-to-end and continuously improving the funnel from first click to sign-up. The role will also include B2B lead generation activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Autonomous planning and forecasting of B2C (mainly) and B2B PPC activities within the responsibility area.
  • Ensuring the outstanding quality of campaigns' setup and materials/components we use.
  • Checking data quality across tracking points for discrepancies and timely issue flagging with relevant stakeholders.
  • Taking responsibility for multi-team projects by designing and handling PPC campaign logic.
  • Proactive task prioritizing, alignment on deadlines and deliverables in line with business goals.
  • Daily performance monitoring via platform interface, GA and Looker.
  • Providing clear and relevant reporting on responsibility area metrics on both regular and on-demand basis. Selecting relevant metrics and analysis angles, gathering stakeholders' needs for metrics and feedback afterward. Presenting them on agreed frequency to the marketing team and during team meetings.
  • Working with developers and analysts to ensure accurate tracking implementation, and proactively raising & coordinating the resolution of any issues.
  • Following PPC and marketing-related news and latest trends to apply in business where applicable, regularly sharing them with the team.

Core Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of ad platforms: Google ads, Bing (3+ years proven experience), LinkedIn
  • B2C marketing experience.
  • Understand all digital marketing metrics and be able to explain relations between them.
  • Exceptional knowledge of various conversion setups and tracking points.
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4 reports and UI, ability to use advanced filters, explorations.
  • Good knowledge of Google Spreadsheets. Ability to use advanced formulas, pivot tables.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team, independently & deliver results to different teams.
  • Proven experience working with large-scale and complex campaigns is a bonus.
  • Global campaigns experience.
  • Interpersonal skills, liaising with key vendors.

Salary Range

  • Gross salary is 2500 - 4700 EUR.
