Job Summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the SMB market in Indonesia. This role involves engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. The Account Executive will build trusted relationships, drive new business development, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure consistent delivery against targets, focusing on creating strategic, long-term partnerships.

Must Have

  • Lead a dedicated customer set (region or vertical) in the SMB space, responsible for the full sales cycle.
  • Coordinate multiple sales projects simultaneously and be fully responsible for customers.
  • Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business.
  • Use solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and identify business potential.
  • Create strategic, long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
  • Work in partnership with Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.
  • Build account strategy and territory plan for the Indonesian Market.
  • Proven track record of success in full cycle sales.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive relationships internally and with customers.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, proving consistent delivery against targets.
  • High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Salesforce.

Our SMB Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and decision-makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

You will use your new business development skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

This role covers the Indonesia market territory.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
  • Fluent English *PLUS* Bahasa Indonesian.
