Job Summary
As part of the Global Research & Insights division, you will support the Commercial Insights Manager daily to address commercial insights issues. You will participate in disseminating knowledge of our audiences and media brands. Training will be provided for all necessary tools. Your main missions include participating in the development of sales support tools, exploiting ACPM and GWI studies, conducting advertising studies with the Club Condé Nast panel, and managing the local Club Condé Nast panel.
Must Have
- Support the Commercial Insights Manager on commercial insights issues.
- Participate in developing sales support tools for commercial and strategic teams.
- Manage and update the internal Studies portal.
- Create sales arguments and sectoral files (fashion, beauty, travel, automotive).
- Format and tell stories with data collected via reference studies (ACPM, GWI).
- Participate in local adaptation of global initiatives from UK and USA headquarters.
- Exploit ACPM and GWI study results (audience, profiles, performance, counters).
- Update sectoral sheets with new studies.
- Understand strategic needs and research insights/narrative angles from available data.
- Participate in creating quantitative questionnaires for advertising studies.
- Integrate survey scripts into the tool and program surveys/reminders.
- Monitor field operations, process and format results, and present results internally.
- Manage panellist relations for Club Condé Nast panel (respond to requests, manage incentives).
- Manage the panellist connection interface (update visuals, gift stocks).
- Implement and monitor panellist recruitment and loyalty actions.
- Minimum BAC+4 education.
- Analytical and synthetic mind.
- Required writing skills.
- Fluent English (especially written) and French.
- Autonomous, reliable, dynamic, and proactive.
Good to Have
- Taste for the media world and sensitivity to luxury advertisers.
- Experience with GSuite appreciated.

- Formatting and storytelling of data collected via reference studies (ACPM, GWI)
- Participation in the local adaptation of initiatives from Global headquarters based in the UK and USA
Participation in the exploitation of ACPM and GWI studies
- Participation in the exploitation of audience results every semester for print and digital
- Updating of profiles, performances and counters in sales support tools
- Updating of sectoral sheets with new studies
- Understanding of strategic needs
- Research for insights and narrative angles from available data
Advertising Studies with the Club Condé Nast panel (AreYouNet tool)
- Participation in questionnaire creation (quantitative)
- Integration of the survey script into the tool
- Programming of surveys and reminders
- Monitoring of field operations
- Processing and formatting of results
- Internal presentation of results
Management of the local Club Condé Nast panel (Are You Net tool)
- Management of panellist relations: respond to panellist requests via the dedicated email inbox
- Management of incentives (gifts): monitoring and replenishment of stocks, sending orders to panellists
- Management of the Club Condé Nast panellist connection interface: updating visuals and gift stocks
- Implementation and monitoring of panellist recruitment and loyalty actions
Profile sought:
